Hello! My name is Brooke, and I started my plant-based journey in 2014, but have officially been vegan for about two years. After studying nutrition and agriculture in college, I am truly passionate about sharing the benefits of a plant-based diet, creating tasty recipes, and helping others make the switch to a plant-forward lifestyle. When I am not writing, you can catch me hiking the mountains, reading a book, or in the kitchen (duh!)
